Regional Sales Manager – Timber Doors & Architectural Products
West of England and South West (Office in Birmingham, Field-Based 50,50)
£55K to £60K, £10K to £12K Bonus, Hybrid Company Car, 25 Days Holiday
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this role balances time between the Birmingham office and the field. You’ll manage inbound demand, with 6 to 8 new customer enquiries each month, while continuing to grow relationships with existing accounts across your region.
You’ll work closely with subcontractors, main contractors, and some architects and designers, ensuring projects run smoothly from enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a well-established £4M plus territory
Convert inbound enquiries into long-term customers and repeat business
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and specifiers
Present technical product solutions aligned to project specs and regulations
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure delivery and service standards
Input into strategic growth projects and customer development planning
Maintain activity records and pipeline via HubSpot CRM
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in B2B project-based sales
Background in fire doors, ironmongery, partitions, or other technical interior fit-out products is ideal
Comfortable dealing with both commercial and technical stakeholders
Full UK driving licence
CRM experience preferred
Package and Progression:
£55K to £60K base salary
Bonus of £10K to £12K for hitting realistic targets
Hybrid company car
25 days holiday
