Roles/Responsibilities
Develop new business and win key accounts within civil construction
Promote steel-based solutions including sheet piles, trench sheets, and structural sections
Conduct on-site visits and lead technical sales discussions
Build long-term relationships with contractors, site engineers, and project stakeholders
Identify early-stage project opportunities and specifications
Operate autonomously and manage your territory pipeline strategically
Be the go-to expert in steel shoring and ground engineering solutions in your region
Qualifications
Background in construction product sales, ideally in:
Sheet piling
Groundworks
Trenching or shoring
Structural or civil steel
Infrastructure supply
Proven track record in new business development and B2B field sales
Comfortable working independently in a hybrid, high-autonomy role
Well-networked with contractors, buyers, and engineers
Strong technical sales and commercial negotiation skills
