Roles/Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and win key accounts within civil construction

  • Promote steel-based solutions including sheet piles, trench sheets, and structural sections

  • Conduct on-site visits and lead technical sales discussions

  • Build long-term relationships with contractors, site engineers, and project stakeholders

  • Identify early-stage project opportunities and specifications

  • Operate autonomously and manage your territory pipeline strategically

  • Be the go-to expert in steel shoring and ground engineering solutions in your region

Qualifications

  • Background in construction product sales, ideally in:

    • Sheet piling

    • Groundworks

    • Trenching or shoring

    • Structural or civil steel

    • Infrastructure supply

  • Proven track record in new business development and B2B field sales

  • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid, high-autonomy role

  • Well-networked with contractors, buyers, and engineers

  • Strong technical sales and commercial negotiation skills
