Roles/Responsibilities
Manage and develop strategic relationships with 20–30 key accounts, primarily within the retail sector.
Create and execute tailored account plans covering sales, marketing, and pricing activities.
Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives that drive measurable revenue increases.
Engage with senior decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer value and retention.
Monitor performance, forecast demand, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Contribute to broader sales strategies to secure both immediate and long-term results.
Qualifications
Proven track record in strategic account management within the HVAC/HVACR or related technical industry.
Experience managing large accounts with annual spend of £500K+.
Strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Skilled in proposal writing, project management, and data analysis.
Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
Benefits
Base salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (DOE).
