Roles/Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with 20–30 key accounts, primarily within the retail sector.

  • Create and execute tailored account plans covering sales, marketing, and pricing activities.

  • Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives that drive measurable revenue increases.

  • Engage with senior decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer value and retention.

  • Monitor performance, forecast demand, and maintain accurate CRM records.

  • Contribute to broader sales strategies to secure both immediate and long-term results.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in strategic account management within the HVAC/HVACR or related technical industry.

  • Experience managing large accounts with annual spend of £500K+.

  • Strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

  • Skilled in proposal writing, project management, and data analysis.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
