Roles/Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic goals of key business units into actionable marketing initiatives

  • Lead and develop a UK-based marketing team (3 direct reports)

  • Align regional execution with global messaging and communications strategy

  • Shape the brand strategy and corporate communications calendar

  • Champion the Design & Communications function within business units

  • Identify shared marketing themes across regions and business lines

  • Ensure cultural and regional appropriateness in messaging across UK and EU markets

  • Support implementation of global campaigns and thought leadership activity

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within energy, utilities, or technology sectors

  • Proven team leadership experience and stakeholder influence at senior levels

  • Strong understanding of UK and European market dynamics

  • Experience working within multinational, matrixed organisations

  • Skilled in strategic planning, campaign execution, and brand positioning

  • Hands-on, collaborative, and commercially astute
