Roles/Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships within a portfolio of commercial fire and security clients

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and system upgrades

  • Conduct site surveys, design integrated system solutions, and prepare proposals

  • Maintain CRM pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and updates

  • Collaborate with internal operations and technical teams for smooth project handovers and contract mobilisation

  • Monitor account performance and contribute to reporting on key metrics and KPIs

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management within the fire and security systems sector

  • Confident in designing and quoting integrated life safety installations

  • Commercially focused, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple key accounts

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Collaborative approach with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction
