Roles/Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships within a portfolio of commercial fire and security clients
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and system upgrades
Conduct site surveys, design integrated system solutions, and prepare proposals
Maintain CRM pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and updates
Collaborate with internal operations and technical teams for smooth project handovers and contract mobilisation
Monitor account performance and contribute to reporting on key metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management within the fire and security systems sector
Confident in designing and quoting integrated life safety installations
Commercially focused, well-organised, and capable of managing multiple key accounts
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Collaborative approach with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction
