Roles/Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across contract cleaning, window cleaning, and pest control
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and responsiveness
Collaborate with internal operations teams to meet and exceed service level expectations
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing contracts
Conduct regular client meetings and present detailed business reviews to both clients and senior leadership
Monitor service standards and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction
Support new business development within your region
Qualifications
1–2 years’ experience in the contract cleaning, window cleaning, or pest control industries
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Proven ability to grow key accounts and identify additional revenue streams
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving capabilities
Familiarity with the Central London (West End) commercial property market
