About the Client:
Our Client is a leading provider of bespoke surfacing solutions across key sectors including highways, rail, aviation, defense, education, healthcare, and commercial. With over 250 employees and international backing, the business is at the forefront of sustainability—offering low-carbon surfacing products that cut CO₂ emissions by up to 90%.
Roles/Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 100 client accounts across the UK
Re-engage dormant accounts and actively seek new business opportunities
Deliver against monthly KPIs, including 15+ new enquiries or project leads
Become the trusted advisor for clients across a range of sectors and project types
Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to contribute to a high-performing sales function
Travel nationally to visit client sites and represent the business professionally
Support end-to-end sales cycle including proposal, negotiation, and closure
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, civil engineering, or related sectors
Strong account management and new business development skills
Confident communicator with the ability to build and sustain client relationships
Resilient, proactive, and commercially driven
Comfortable managing a mix of office-based tasks and field activity
Full UK driving licence required
Benefits
Basic salary of £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
