About the Client:

Our Client is a UK leader in the design and production of bespoke timber doors and joinery, supplying high-profile commercial and hospitality projects nationwide. Known for craftsmanship, rapid delivery, and innovative design, they are expanding their Birmingham-based team due to internal progression.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Accurately process incoming sales orders

  • Prepare quotations and tender documentation

  • Manage inbound enquiries via phone and email

  • Support Area Sales Managers with admin, pricing, and updates

  • Coordinate with production, operations, and suppliers

  • Participate in telesales initiatives and commercial projects

  • Ensure seamless communication between sales and production teams

Qualifications

  • Experience in internal sales, customer service, or sales administration

  • Background in manufacturing or construction (preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and order accuracy

  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/order processing tools (e.g. HubSpot)

  • Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
