About the Client
Our Client is a well-established organization operating within the construction and fit-out sector.
They support major Tier 1 contractors and deliver high-quality solutions across commercial projects.

Roles/Responsibilities
Act as the central internal point of contact for Tier 1 construction customers and the External Account Manager
Manage enquiries from phone, email, and website, qualifying opportunities effectively
Conduct discovery calls via Teams or Zoom to identify customer needs
Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Support the External Account Manager with administrative and sales coordination tasks
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
Coordinate smooth handover to Operations for successful project delivery
Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries
Conduct post-project follow-ups to uncover further opportunities
Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience
Attend customer site visits one day per week alongside the External Account Manager
Qualifications
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong relationship-building skills with commercial awareness
Solid understanding of sales cycles, negotiation techniques, and revenue drivers
Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets
Detail-oriented with a practical, solution-focused approach
Confident using CRM systems and IT platforms
Proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills
Skilled at asking strategic, insightful questions
Professional telephone manner with strong closing ability
Previous sales experience preferred (internal sales experience advantageous)
Experience within construction or fit-out environments is a plus
Benefits
Base salary £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
Uncapped commission structure
