About the Client:
Our client is a specialist in technical claims services, seeking a Head of Delivery to take ownership of daily operations, ensuring consistent delivery excellence while supporting wider business growth.
Roles/Responsibilities
Lead and manage a delivery team of 4–6 claim specialists.
Personally handle and deliver 4–6 technical claims per week.
Maintain high standards in technical claim writing and quality assurance.
Oversee workflows, resource allocation, and team performance.
Collaborate with leadership to improve delivery processes and support business scaling.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in full-cycle technical claim writing.
At least 2 years of experience in managing a claims or delivery team.
Strong leadership skills with hands-on operational management.
Proven ability to manage workloads and meet delivery targets.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Hybrid working required – candidates should be within commuting distance of Saint Helens.
Benefits
£60,000–£70,000 base salary.
Quarterly commission of £15,000–£20,000.
