Roles/Responsibilities

  • Manage the full SME sales cycle: qualification through to close

  • Convert high-intent inbound leads efficiently while maintaining strong unit economics

  • Collaborate with the Founder and Marketing to refine campaigns and messaging

  • Execute targeted outbound efforts to HR, Ops, and Finance stakeholders

  • Maintain disciplined CRM practices and provide accurate sales forecasts

  • Support procurement and ensure smooth handover to Customer Success

  • Represent the company at selected webinars and industry events

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success closing B2B SaaS or platform deals with UK SMEs

  • Skilled in structured discovery, tailored demos, and solution selling

  • Comfortable with sales metrics: ACV, funnel tracking, velocity, payback

  • Strong qualification and control over next steps, with clean CRM usage

  • Proactive, coachable, and resilient with a startup-ready mindset

  • (Preferred) Experience in HR tech, employee benefits, or financial wellbeing

Benefits

  • Base salary: £50,000–£70,000, depending on experience

  • Commission: Uncapped, with potential to double base salary
