Roles/Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing customer base across the Midlands region
Identify and convert new business opportunities within manufacturing, fabrication, and related sectors
Promote a wide product range including welding equipment, PPE, and consumables
Provide technical product support to help clients improve operational efficiency
Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth objectives
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and customer feedback using CRM tools
Qualifications
Proven field sales experience, ideally in industrial, engineering, or tool supply sectors
Background selling into manufacturing, construction, or related environments
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-driven
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Full UK driving licence required
