Roles/Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an existing customer base across the Midlands region

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within manufacturing, fabrication, and related sectors

  • Promote a wide product range including welding equipment, PPE, and consumables

  • Provide technical product support to help clients improve operational efficiency

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth objectives

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and customer feedback using CRM tools

Qualifications

  • Proven field sales experience, ideally in industrial, engineering, or tool supply sectors

  • Background selling into manufacturing, construction, or related environments

  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills

  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-driven

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

  • Full UK driving licence required
