About the Client:
Our Client is a trusted, family-owned fire protection company with over 60 years of experience delivering comprehensive life safety solutions. Serving clients from SMEs to major facilities management providers, they offer services including fire risk assessments, training, system maintenance, and complex installations such as sprinklers and gas suppression.
Roles/Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers across the Midlands
Sell fire safety services including maintenance contracts, risk assessments, and compliance training
Identify and secure installation opportunities for extinguishers, kitchen suppression, sprinklers, and gas systems
Manage the full sales process from lead generation through to closing contracts and handling renewals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction
Contribute to business growth through recurring contracts and one-off installation projects
Qualifications
Proven sales experience in fire safety, compliance, or building services sectors
Understanding of fire protection systems and service contracts
Strong relationship management and business development skills
Commercially aware, target-driven, and self-motivated
Experience working with FM companies or SMEs is advantageous
Benefits
Basic salary of £32,000–£35,000
OTE £50,000+ (uncapped, 10% commission structure)
