About the Client:
Our Client is a specialist private investment and wealth advisory team operating within a larger, mid-sized investment and planning group. They serve ultra-high-net-worth families and family offices with complex, multi-jurisdictional affairs spanning various asset classes, structures, and service providers.
Roles/Responsibilities
Originate and develop new UHNW and family office relationships, especially among entrepreneurial families.
Identify and qualify families with complex, global wealth exceeding £50m+.
Engage prospects lacking internal capabilities or independent advisory functions.
Conduct detailed discovery processes to understand clients’ entire wealth ecosystems.
Serve as a central financial planning coordinator, aligning advisory, structuring, and investment decisions.
Act as an impartial oversight adviser, collaborating with clients’ existing providers.
Partner with senior leaders and specialists to deliver long-term, tailored outcomes.
Qualifications
7+ years’ experience in private banking, wealth advisory, or multi-family office environments.
Proven success in originating and growing complex client relationships.
Deep financial and wealth planning acumen with a solutions-focused mindset.
Ability to lead structured conversations and coordinate across internal and external teams.
Entrepreneurial and resilient approach with a long-term relationship-building style.
Benefits
Competitive base salary of £120,000 to £150,000.
