Roles/Responsibilities
Sell a range of healthcare products, services, and solutions to new and existing customers
Consistently meet or exceed regional sales targets through proactive opportunity development
Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Solutions to align efforts with strategic business goals
Leverage clinical audits and insight-led initiatives to support value-based selling
Partner with Clinical Specialists during product trials, evaluations, and educational programs
Work closely with Customer Solutions Executives and Sales Support Teams to maximize lead generation and client engagement
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to healthcare decision-makers
Use SFDC to manage account plans, forecast sales activity, and track progress
Maintain expert-level understanding of clinical applications, such as pressure ulcer prevention and ergonomic support
Own the full sales cycle, including quotations, order processing, and customer inquiries
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales, ideally in medical devices, healthcare, or nursing-related sectors
Strong understanding of the UK healthcare market and NHS procurement processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Empathetic, solutions-oriented, and highly organized
Comfortable with overnight travel and field-based working
Valid UK driving licence required
