About the Client:
Our Client is a UK-based manufacturer and fabricator with a £10M turnover, supplying Tier 1 contractors, architects, and subcontractors. Known for their reliability and quality, they’ve built a strong reputation within the construction products industry, particularly in education, healthcare, and commercial build environments.
Roles/Responsibilities
Convert inbound enquiries into profitable project wins
Identify and secure new opportunities with contractors, architects, and subcontractors
Influence specifications through a consultative approach and strong relationship building
Manage complex sales cycles for projects ranging from £40K to £1M
Deliver consistent growth across your territory, which includes Bristol, South Wales, Birmingham, the North West, and Scotland
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
Qualifications
Sales experience in construction or building products
Preferred product knowledge: doors, ironmongery, joinery, partitions, or ceilings
Strong commercial and consultative selling skills
Proven track record of managing both account relationships and new business development
Self-motivated and well-organized with excellent communication skills
Comfortable managing a large, multi-region territory
Benefits
Base salary of £40,000–£50,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
20% performance-based bonus

Monday to Friday working hours (9:00am–5:00pm, early finish at 3:30pm on Fridays)
