Roles/Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales across Scotland, focusing on crushing & screening equipment and related parts

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with quarry operators, recyclers, and hire companies

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into ongoing partnerships

  • Offer tailored solutions based on customer needs and operational challenges

  • Maintain a strong presence in the field with regular site visits and client meetings

  • Work autonomously to manage your schedule and sales pipeline effectively

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in capital equipment, parts, or spares—ideally within quarrying, mining, recycling, or construction

  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence discussing technical equipment

  • Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and closing skills

  • Comfortable with frequent travel across Scotland

  • Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive wider team
