About the Client:

Roles/Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with local authorities, schools, town councils, and housing developers across Essex, North London, Hertfordshire, and Buckinghamshire
Lead tender submissions, quotations, and project proposals tailored to client needs
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather technical requirements and develop accurate design briefs
Follow up on leads, marketing activity, and referrals to drive new business
Maintain a structured diary to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
Work closely with the internal design, installation, and support teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales within outdoor play, recreation, or public realm sectors
Background in working with public sector or construction-related markets preferred
Proven ability to manage tender processes and long-cycle sales projects
Consultative sales approach with strong stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated and highly organised with excellent communication abilities
Ideal backgrounds include playground equipment, street furniture, outdoor fitness, or landscaping
