Roles/Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with local authorities, schools, town councils, and housing developers across Essex, North London, Hertfordshire, and Buckinghamshire

  • Lead tender submissions, quotations, and project proposals tailored to client needs

  • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather technical requirements and develop accurate design briefs

  • Follow up on leads, marketing activity, and referrals to drive new business

  • Maintain a structured diary to meet and exceed sales targets consistently

  • Work closely with the internal design, installation, and support teams to ensure successful project outcomes

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales within outdoor play, recreation, or public realm sectors

  • Background in working with public sector or construction-related markets preferred

  • Proven ability to manage tender processes and long-cycle sales projects

  • Consultative sales approach with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Self-motivated and highly organised with excellent communication abilities

  • Ideal backgrounds include playground equipment, street furniture, outdoor fitness, or landscaping
