Roles/Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to sales teams and customers

• Prepare project proposals, quotations, and product selections using internal tools

• Assist in the design and specification of HVAC/R applications, including CO₂ and industrial systems

• Support customers with queries related to product performance, controls, and system integration

• Collaborate with internal departments across sales, service, and operations to deliver end-to-end solutions

• Manage project pipelines and maintain accurate CRM records

• Contribute to process improvements and overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support or application engineering role, ideally within HVAC or refrigeration

• Solid understanding of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, particularly CO₂ and industrial applications

• Familiarity with thermodynamics, psychrometrics, and control systems is a strong advantage

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts

• Experience with CRM or project tracking systems and proposal writing

• Proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving
