Roles/Responsibilities
Drive new business development across the Midlands region
Promote a wide range of drainage, environmental, and specialist maintenance services
Build relationships with FM firms, developers, councils, and property managers
Deliver £500K in new business revenue within the first year
Manage a dynamic sales pipeline from prospecting to close
Collaborate with commercial and operational teams for smooth service delivery
Qualifications
Proven experience in new business sales within construction, infrastructure, or environmental services
Strong background in technical service-led sales
Exposure to services such as drainage, CCTV surveys, CIPP lining, robotic cutting, or vacuum/tankering solutions is desirable
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Driven, resilient, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders
High energy, self-motivated, and ambitious to grow with a scaling business
Benefits
Base salary of £50K–£55K
25% bonus structure
