Roles/Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development across the Midlands region

  • Promote a wide range of drainage, environmental, and specialist maintenance services

  • Build relationships with FM firms, developers, councils, and property managers

  • Deliver £500K in new business revenue within the first year

  • Manage a dynamic sales pipeline from prospecting to close

  • Collaborate with commercial and operational teams for smooth service delivery

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in new business sales within construction, infrastructure, or environmental services

  • Strong background in technical service-led sales

  • Exposure to services such as drainage, CCTV surveys, CIPP lining, robotic cutting, or vacuum/tankering solutions is desirable

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently

  • Driven, resilient, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders

  • High energy, self-motivated, and ambitious to grow with a scaling business
