Roles/Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a national sales team of 9 (5 field-based, 4 office-based)

  • Drive year-on-year sales growth of approximately 10%

  • Lead new business development initiatives while nurturing existing revenue streams

  • Manage senior relationships with two major national blue-chip clients

  • Regularly accompany field sales professionals for coaching and development

  • Maintain rigorous commercial discipline through effective use of CRM and ERP systems

  • Recruit and expand the team in alignment with business growth objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience leading a sales team, ideally 5+ years

  • Proven success managing and developing field-based salespeople

  • Strong track record of delivering sustained revenue growth

  • Comfortable managing high-level relationships with national and blue-chip customers

  • Commercially astute, credible, and a motivational leader

  • Highly advantageous: Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and industrial/hard goods sectors
