About the Client

Roles/Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new institutional prospects through market mapping and leveraging industry contacts
Build and maintain a deep understanding of the firm’s investment strategies and performance metrics
Support asset flows via recommended lists, model portfolios, ratings, and MPS frameworks
Maintain and deepen client relationships to enhance retention and wallet share
Manage institutional due diligence, including RFPs, DDQs, and database updates
Keep CRM systems accurately updated to reflect interactions and pipeline activity
Support sales efforts through event planning, content creation, and client engagement initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client-focused distribution activities
Qualifications
Approximately 5 years of experience in investment management or related fields
Familiarity with institutional sales or sales support functions within asset management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior institutional stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Proactive and collaborative mindset with the adaptability to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial team
