Key Account Manager – Hoarding- OTE £65K+ PA 

About the Client:

Our client is a long-established, third-generation family-owned business known for delivering premium hoarding and partitioning systems to the UK construction sector. With a strong reputation for quality, timely delivery, and a consultative sales approach, their products are trusted by leading main contractors nationwide.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 25 key contractor accounts.

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the existing client base.

  • Conduct at least 5 targeted calls daily and approximately 9 in-person meetings weekly.

  • Deliver annual revenue targets around £3 million.

  • Apply a consultative, value-driven sales approach.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

  • Maintain detailed records of account activity and sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

  • Coachable with a willingness to learn—prior sales experience is beneficial but not essential.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage confidently at all organizational levels.

  • Strong ability to uncover needs, present solutions persuasively, and close deals.

  • Ideally located within commuting distance of Stafford.
