Key Account Manager – Hoarding- OTE £65K+ PA
About the Client:
Our client is a long-established, third-generation family-owned business known for delivering premium hoarding and partitioning systems to the UK construction sector. With a strong reputation for quality, timely delivery, and a consultative sales approach, their products are trusted by leading main contractors nationwide.
Roles/Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 25 key contractor accounts.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the existing client base.
Conduct at least 5 targeted calls daily and approximately 9 in-person meetings weekly.
Deliver annual revenue targets around £3 million.
Apply a consultative, value-driven sales approach.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Maintain detailed records of account activity and sales pipeline.
Qualifications
Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
Coachable with a willingness to learn—prior sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, able to engage confidently at all organizational levels.
Strong ability to uncover needs, present solutions persuasively, and close deals.
Ideally located within commuting distance of Stafford.

£40,000–£50,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £65,000+).
