Roles/Responsibilities
Manage the full SME sales cycle: qualification through to close
Convert high-intent inbound leads efficiently while maintaining strong unit economics
Collaborate with the Founder and Marketing to refine campaigns and messaging
Execute targeted outbound efforts to HR, Ops, and Finance stakeholders
Maintain disciplined CRM practices and provide accurate sales forecasts
Support procurement and ensure smooth handover to Customer Success
Represent the company at selected webinars and industry events
Qualifications
Demonstrated success closing B2B SaaS or platform deals with UK SMEs
Skilled in structured discovery, tailored demos, and solution selling
Comfortable with sales metrics: ACV, funnel tracking, velocity, payback
Strong qualification and control over next steps, with clean CRM usage
Proactive, coachable, and resilient with a startup-ready mindset
(Preferred) Experience in HR tech, employee benefits, or financial wellbeing
Benefits
Base salary: £50,000–£70,000, depending on experience
Commission: Uncapped, with potential to double base salary

Hybrid UK-based role with occasional travel
