Roles/Responsibilities
Proactively source new business via cold calling, networking, and client meetings
Develop strong relationships with SMEs and business owners to understand and meet their funding needs
Present tailored financial solutions across a broad lender panel, with a focus on asset finance
Attend industry events and trade shows to expand your network and uncover new opportunities
Collaborate with lenders to secure competitive deals for your clients
Stay current on market trends and funding options to deliver expert advice
Qualifications
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in asset finance, commercial lending, or business finance
Hunter mentality with a self-driven approach and comfort in high-volume outreach
Strong closer with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and meet targets
Willingness to attend face-to-face meetings and networking events
Benefits
£35,000 base salary + 40% commission — six-figure earnings achievable
