Roles/Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed performance targets
Collaborate with the UK Country Business Manager to execute comprehensive business plans
Define and manage sales territories, quotas, and individual team goals
Produce and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and demand planning for capital and consumable products
Ensure a solutions-oriented approach to customer engagement beyond product sales
Partner with internal departments to enhance the customer experience and deliver outcomes
Contribute to the UK Diagnostics leadership team on strategic initiatives and decision-making
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives within the sales function
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management within the medical diagnostics or pathology sector
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team development capabilities
Experience in both large corporate environments and high-growth, fast-paced teams
Skilled communicator with the ability to influence and engage across all levels
Comfortable implementing change and driving strategic sales growth
Demonstrated ability to maintain existing contracts while identifying new opportunities
