About the Client:
Our Client is a UK leader in the design and production of bespoke timber doors and joinery, supplying high-profile commercial and hospitality projects nationwide. Known for craftsmanship, rapid delivery, and innovative design, they are expanding their Birmingham-based team due to internal progression.
Roles/Responsibilities
Accurately process incoming sales orders
Prepare quotations and tender documentation
Manage inbound enquiries via phone and email
Support Area Sales Managers with admin, pricing, and updates
Coordinate with production, operations, and suppliers
Participate in telesales initiatives and commercial projects
Ensure seamless communication between sales and production teams
Qualifications
Experience in internal sales, customer service, or sales administration
Background in manufacturing or construction (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
Excellent communication skills via phone and email
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/order processing tools (e.g. HubSpot)
Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000
