Roles/Responsibilities
Develop and grow business with new and existing clients in motorsport and performance engineering
Visit motorsport HQs and engineering facilities across the UK to uncover opportunities
Identify where high-performance materials can solve engineering challenges and boost competitive edge
Build long-term relationships with engineers, buyers, and technical stakeholders
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored material solutions
Contribute to strategic growth and benefit from a generous profit-sharing structure
Qualifications
Commercially minded with a strong interest in motorsport and engineering
Experience in sales, business development, or account management within engineering, manufacturing, or motorsport supply chains preferred
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Technically curious with the ability to understand client needs and align solutions accordingly
Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable with UK-wide travel
Benefits
