An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading UK fire protection company with over 60 years of experience delivering life safety solutions across multiple industries.

Our client is a family-owned business specialising in fire and security systems, working with organisations of all sizes from SMEs to FM companies. They provide a full range of fire safety services including risk assessments, training, maintenance contracts, and system installations. With a long-standing reputation for reliability and compliance, they are now seeking a Contract Sales Consultant to manage and grow fire safety contracts across the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage new and existing customer relationships across SMEs and FM clients

  • Sell a range of fire protection services including fire risk assessments, training, and maintenance contracts

  • Identify opportunities for installation works such as extinguishers, kitchen suppression, sprinklers, and gas suppression systems

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing contracts and securing renewals

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing client satisfaction

  • Contribute to revenue growth through both contract wins and one-off projects

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven sales experience in fire safety, compliance, or building services (SME or FM background)

  • Understanding of fire systems such as extinguishers, sprinklers, and suppression systems

  • Confident in managing client relationships and developing new business

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to deliver consistent results

  • Proactive and motivated by uncapped earning potential

Salary/Package:

  • Basic salary: £32K–£35K

  • OTE: £50K+ (uncapped, commission typically 10% of sales)
