Role Overview

This is an opportunity to join the Entertainment Division as a Manager, leading a small team and overseeing a substantial portfolio of clients. The position has been created to strengthen the link between senior leadership and the delivery team, ensuring client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team stability.

You will be responsible for managing and developing your direct reports, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing practical, solutions-focused advice on a range of accounting and business matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of qualified and part-qualified accountants.

  • Manage the delivery of compliance and advisory services for a portfolio of entertainment industry clients, meeting all deadlines and quality standards.

  • Act as a key client contact, liaising directly with stakeholders and external advisers.

  • Identify potential issues and present clear, actionable solutions.

  • Work closely with other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Conduct appraisals and support the professional growth of your team.

Requirements

  • ACA or ACCA qualified with previous experience in a mid-tier accountancy firm.

  • Demonstrated success in managing teams and overseeing client delivery.

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in accountancy or audit, ideally with exposure to high-profile or international clients.

  • Proficient in accounting standards (FRS 102 / FRS 105) and cloud accounting systems.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to different personalities and client needs.

Ideal Qualifications (Not Essential)

  • Experience in the entertainment or creative industries.

  • Familiarity with multinational client structures.
