Role Overview
A leading finance provider is seeking a Vendor Sales Manager to develop and grow relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, helping them structure finance solutions that drive sales growth. This is a new business, consultative sales role, where success is measured by how effectively suppliers can scale with tailored finance solutions.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in brokerage and asset finance, with the ability to structure finance deals and create value-driven partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, focusing on long-term partnerships rather than one-off transactions.
Structure and tailor finance solutions to help vendors increase their sales.
Conduct in-depth supplier research to create personalised financial strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement finance programs that seamlessly integrate into supplier sales models.
Travel across the UK to engage with suppliers and strengthen partnerships.
Position financing as a sales accelerator, not just a payment solution.
Requirements
Must be based in Surrey.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Asset Finance.
Proven track record in brokerage, with experience structuring complex finance deals.
Strong financial knowledge, including deal structuring.
Entrepreneurial mindset – able to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
Excellent business development and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel across the UK to meet suppliers.
Consultative approach – able to educate suppliers on finance-driven sales strategies.

£35,000 – £40,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE £60,000 – £80,000).
