Southern Area Sales Manager – Timber Windows & Doors
South of England (Field-based, excluding South West and Wales)
£45,000 – £50,000 basic salary + benefits + Car Allowance
The Role:
This is a field-based position covering the South of England, excluding the South West and Wales. You’ll have full control over your diary and territory management, with support from an experienced internal team and a trusted network of specialist contractors.
The role is focused on account management, working with high-end housebuilders and social housing contractors on premium, small-to-medium scale residential developments. You’ll inherit a well-performing area with long-standing client relationships already in place and will be expected to maintain and grow those accounts over time. Reactivating dormant clients and identifying new project opportunities will also be part of your remit.
What We’re Looking For:
Sales experience within the windows and doors sector, ideally timber and from a manufacturing background
Candidates from a PVC background will also be considered
Comfortable working on site and engaging with contractors, surveyors and project managers
Strong relationship management skills and a commercial mindset
Able to work independently, manage a broad territory, and take initiative
Open to occasional travel and overnight stays as required
