Key Account Manager – Fire & Security Systems
We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing fire and security group that delivers high-quality life safety solutions across the UK. With strong foundations and ambitious plans to double revenue by 2026, they’re building a team that values trust, technical expertise, and long-term client relationships.
As Key Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of commercial clients—delivering excellent service, ensuring contract retention, and identifying new revenue opportunities. This role combines account development, technical sales, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage and grow long-term relationships with key fire and security clients
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Conduct site surveys, design integrated system solutions, and prepare quotes
Maintain your CRM pipeline and provide regular sales updates
Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth contract mobilisation
Support reporting and analysis of account performance and KPIs
What we’re looking for:
Experience in account management within the fire and security sector
Confident designing and quoting integrated system installations
Commercially aware, well organised, and comfortable managing multiple clients
Strong communicator with a collaborative approach
