A leading supplier of industrial hard goods is looking for a Field Account Manager to join their team, covering the Midlands region. This is an opportunity to join a well-established business with a respected name in the industry, known for supplying high-quality equipment, consumables, and safety solutions to a wide customer base across engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, and construction.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing and growing an existing portfolio of industrial clients across the Midlands
Identifying and converting new business opportunities within your territory
Promoting a wide range of products including welding equipment, PPE, and consumables
Delivering technical support and product insight to help customers operate efficiently
Meeting sales targets and KPIs through both strategic account management and proactive prospecting
Reporting on pipeline, market trends, and customer feedback via CRM tools
What we’re looking for:
A successful track record in field sales, ideally in the industrial, engineering or tools sector
Experience selling into manufacturing, fabrication, or similar environments
A consultative, solutions-led approach to account development
Self-motivated and well-organised with excellent communication skills
A full UK driving licence
