They are renowned for their commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, catering to the fabrication, manufacturing, and end-user sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development across varied regions with a focus on the Midlands and South.
- Build and manage relationships with key customers in the fabrication and manufacturing sectors.
- Conduct product demonstrations for welding alloys, LEV systems, consumables, and cutting equipment.
- Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Manage both new business prospecting and existing client relationships.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends, using data to adjust strategies and improve sales performance.
- Provide regular training and development opportunities to ensure the team is up-to-date with industry trends and sales techniques.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in welding alloys, consumables, LEV systems, or related hard goods industries.
- Strong product knowledge in welding or LEV systems.
- Highly reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage a field-based role with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving financial targets.
- Flexibility to respond to emerging opportunities and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate Locations:
- Midlands and South of England
Benefits Package:
- Basic Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 plus Car, bonus
