About the Client:
Our client is a multinational medical device company specializing in innovative dermal regeneration solutions. With a global presence and a reputation for life-changing medical technologies, they are transforming the standard of care in burn and wound treatment across markets including the UK, Australia, and the USA.
About the Role:
Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities within the territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical and commercial customers, providing expert advice on the use of products.
Provide regular territory updates to the UK Director of Sales, including monthly and quarterly reports.
Conduct in-service sessions and medical education for healthcare professionals, supported by the Medical Science Liaison team.
Implement consignment agreements where appropriate to drive sales growth.
Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure customer complaints or feedback are reported promptly and meet regulatory standards.
Attend and represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and customer events (some of which may occur during evenings and weekends).
Proactively assess and validate customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
About the Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or Health Science (e.g., Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy).
At least 3+ years of experience in medical device sales, particularly in the operating theatre/OR environment. Experience in advanced wound care or related medical consumables is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in acquiring new business and managing large, complex sales cycles.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to deliver clear and compelling value propositions to clients.
Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using CRM systems.
Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with team members. Must be comfortable with domestic travel, which may include up to 50% of your time.
