Location: Field-based (Midlands & North) with some remote & office time
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus + Car + Pension + Technology Package

A leading hazardous waste management company is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to expand its services across the Midlands and North. This role focuses on leveraging existing bulk waste clients and capturing untapped hazardous smalls and IBC waste streams. Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify and maximize hazardous waste opportunities within the existing bulk waste client base.
• Technical Consultation: Provide expertise on hazardous waste packaging, classification, and regulatory compliance.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships within manufacturing and chemical sectors to drive revenue growth.
• Market Expansion: Develop new business opportunities in the hazardous waste stream sector.
• Compliance & Solutions Selling: Advise clients on environmental best practices and regulatory compliance for hazardous waste disposal.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔ Experience in hazardous waste sales with knowledge of hazardous smalls and waste packing.
✔ Technical or scientific background (waste management, chemistry, environmental science, or related field).
✔ Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
✔ Strong knowledge of waste regulations, compliance, and safe disposal practices.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
✔ Flexibility to travel across the Midlands & North as required.
