Summary:

Seeking an experienced Technical Sales Director to lead sales in the Diesel Generator sector. Ideal candidates must have deep technical knowledge and extensive industry experience. (Preferably with an Engineering qualification)

About the Client:

Our client is a leading manufacturer of Diesel Generators. Renowned for their quality and reliability, they offer products that meet the demanding needs of various industrial applications.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Overseeing the day-to-day operation of business from Technical Sales, design overview, installation and commissioning 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Generator Sector 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong technical background and knowledge of Generators or switchgear 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel nationally as required.
