About the Client:
Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of PVC-U window, door, and roofing products. They provide these products directly to trade fabricators, who then sell to builders and retail installers. The company has recently expanded its product line to include a major brand of cavity closer systems and composite doors, reflecting its ongoing growth and dynamic nature.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects and specifiers.
- Promote and sell the client’s products, including windows, doors, and roofing systems.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the specification market.
- Provide technical support and product information to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a specification sales role, with at least 5 years in a single specification role.
- Preferably 10 years of experience in the industry.
- Strong relationships with architects and specifiers.
- Experience selling from a manufacturing background.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
