Are you a tenacious, self-motivated Specification Sales Manager with a track record in the construction sector? This is your chance to step into an established territory and join a high-caliber, tight-knit team within a global leader in stainless steel drainage solutions.

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing and expanding a busy and well-established patch across the M62 corridor—extending from Leeds through to Liverpool and into North Wales. Your mission? Get premium stainless steel drainage systems specified and drive sales through consultants, architects, contractors, and specifiers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Driving specification sales of stainless steel drainage products

• Working with consultants, architects, specifiers, contractors, and merchants

• Managing live accounts while actively winning new projects

• Collaborating on tender submissions and securing placement through both contractors and wholesalers

• Operating remotely with quarterly team meetings at head office

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years in a Specification Sales role with one employer in the last 5 years

• Ideally 5+ years working in specification sales

• Must have experience selling into consultants, merchants, and contractors

• Sector background in drainage (plastic, clay, cast iron, concrete, etc.) OR specification sales of a construction product

• Excellent commercial acumen and a self-starter attitude

• Bonus if you’ve worked for a drainage manufacturer

Package:

• £50K–£60K Base + performance-based bonus + Company Car OR Allowance
