Our client is an innovative and forward-thinking UK manufacturer specialising in Lighting, Energy, and E-Mobility solutions. With a strong focus on sustainability and high-performance products, they supply cutting-edge technologies to clients across commercial, residential, and public sector environments.

As part of continued growth, a new opportunity has arisen for a Specification Business Development Manager to take ownership of key client channels including Specifiers, Contractors, and End Users. This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on building relationships, managing projects, and driving revenue growth across the full product range.

Reporting to the UK Direct Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, managing a dynamic pipeline, and supporting technical conversations through CPDs and training sessions. You will also work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored solutions and expand market share in line with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in specification-led sales or business development, ideally within lighting, energy, or E-Mobility sectors. Strong CRM skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to communicate technical value propositions are essential.

Salary/Package: £50,000–£60,000 basic salary, with up to 45% bonus potential. Includes car allowance, pension, laptop, and mobile.
