About the role:
Proactively generate business opportunities by targeting the right prospects using the appropriate channels.
Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify high-intent opportunities, and schedule meetings with Sales Executives.
Meet monthly quotas for both meetings and incremental pipeline growth through outbound and inbound sales activities.
Conduct detailed account research and develop personalized sequences to penetrate target accounts through a multi-channel approach.
Nurture relationships with key decision-makers in high-intent accounts using innovative sales tactics.
Build and develop your personal brand on LinkedIn, expanding your network and engaging with prospects at target accounts.
Support Sales Executives in nurturing opportunities through the sales cycle and collaborate to improve funnel efficiency.
Work with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
Maintain accurate prospect, account, and opportunity data within CRM systems (HubSpot, Dynamics 365).
Provide regular reports on high-intent prospect pipelines, improving accuracy in forecasting and full-funnel metrics.
About the candidate:
Previous experience in IT sales or a related B2B environment, ideally within IT services, consulting, or SaaS industries.
Strong understanding of Multi-threading, Cold calling, Consultative selling, Social selling
Proficient in CRM management, with experience using platforms such as HubSpot and Dynamics 365.
Proven track record of successfully engaging senior stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies like Microsoft Azure, Security, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365
Experience with signal analytics platforms (e.g., Clay, Common Room, User Gems) is highly desirable.
