Job Title: Sales Manager – LPG/Propane

Location: Flexible, remote with field-based responsibilities across Southern England.

Salary: Up to £55K basic, uncapped OTE, commission structure, and full benefits including car allowance, pension, and healthcare.

Specializing in LPG and propane, they supply bulk and cylinder gas to residential, industrial, automotive, agricultural, and commercial markets. Known for their reliable service and customer-focused approach, they have cemented their place as a leading independent supplier across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the LPG/propane bulk and cylinder markets.
  • Manage existing accounts while driving new business opportunities.
  • Build strong customer relationships across diverse sectors including heating, construction, and hospitality.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, both individually and through the management of a sales team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in technical sales, preferably within energy, gas, or industrial products.
  • Proven track record in business development and account management.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Located in or near Southern England counties such as Oxfordshire or Buckinghamshire.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to resolve client issues and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
