My client, a leading distributor of LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) products and systems, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive new business and expand existing relationships across multiple sectors, including joineries, manufacturing, industrial, and agricultural industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new business development efforts across the UK.
- Collaborate on promotional activities and campaigns to raise awareness of LEV solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking and engaging with potential clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential markets, and customer demands.
- Stay current on industry developments, regulatory changes, and advancements in LEV technology.
- Leverage extensive product knowledge to deliver tailored LEV solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a growing, 20+ year established market.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven sales experience in industrial ventilation or extraction systems.
- Excellent network within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a “go-getter” attitude.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
- A proactive and goal-driven individual with a strong focus on achieving sales objectives.
