About the Client:
Our Client, a prominent player in the HVAC industry, is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer. The role involves leadership in sales of chillers, air source heat pumps, and more, covering East London to Ipswich and down to Kent.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Lead sales initiatives for HVAC products with a primary focus on chillers and heat pumps.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand client base and increase market share.
- Provide expert technical advice and support to clients.
- Work closely with the team to exceed sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior sales engineers and support staff on technical aspects of HVAC products and sales strategies.
- Assist clients with post-sales support and troubleshooting to ensure successful product implementation.
- Work closely with product development, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and market positioning.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to support product innovation and improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive products, and customer needs within the HVAC industry.
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact HVAC sales and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC products, particularly chillers and heat pumps.
- Strong track record in sales and client management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Based within a commutable distance to London.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and market trends to develop effective sales strategies and solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
