They focus on the contractor sector and are known for their quick project supply capabilities.
The Role:
The company is seeking a National Sales Manager to drive growth in the lighting OEM division across the UK. This role involves business development, and relationship building within the lighting components markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow market share in lighting components to OEMs
- Lead sales efforts and engage with manufacturers
- Manage a small sales team while reporting to the Sales Director.
- Drive long-term sales growth and expand the company’s presence in lighting controls.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in lighting controls and components.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- High EQ, personable, and growth-oriented attitude.
- Ability to lead a team and support company expansion.
Package & Benefits:
- £60-70k base salary
- Bonus structure based on profit
