About the Role:
To Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the UK Country Business Manager to create and execute comprehensive business plans.
Establish and manage sales territories, set quotas, and define goals and objectives.
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports as required by the Country Manager.
Conduct sales forecasting and manage demand planning for capital equipment and consumable devices.
Ensure the sales team effectively addresses customer needs, providing solutions beyond just product sales.
Work with internal teams and resources to enhance customer satisfaction and outcomes.
Actively participate in the UK Diagnostics leadership team to contribute to strategic discussions.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and support.
Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team in the medical diagnostics sector.
Focus on driving sales success through strategic planning, team development, and customer engagement.
About the Candidate:
Strong background in sales management within the medical diagnostics/pathology sector.
Proven ability to lead by example, facilitating collaboration and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment focused on revenue growth.
Experience working in both large organizations and startup.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in implementing change initiatives and strategies effectively
Proven success in maintaining existing customer contracts and identifying new business opportunities.
