As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple paid and organic channels. You will play a crucial role in optimizing campaigns, integrating CRM and landing pages, and leveraging data insights to improve performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure all marketing efforts align with business goals while continuously testing and refining strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- PPC Strategy & Campaign Management – Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.
- CRM & Landing Page Integration – Collaborate with web and development teams to integrate marketing campaigns with CRM systems and optimize landing pages.
- Content Strategy & Writing – Support content creation efforts to enhance brand visibility and improve engagement across paid and organic channels.
- Data & Reporting – Utilize GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- On/Off-Page SEO & Traffic Growth – Conduct site audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to enhance search rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Multi-Channel Paid Media Experience – Experience in programmatic advertising, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads is a plus.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

- Experience with CRM systems and landing page optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for testing and continuous optimization.
