About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic New Business Manager to join our team, focusing on internal hoarding solutions across multiple sectors including hospitals, fit-out, construction, and retail. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to make a significant impact by identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities from both new and existing customers.

  • Respond to and qualify enquiries from key and non-key accounts, ensuring fit-for-purpose solutions.

  • Conduct accurate site surveys as required and generate comprehensive quotations.

  • Follow up on opportunities and close orders efficiently.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies through telemarketing and other business development methods.

  • Deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients via virtual tools or face-to-face meetings.

  • Turn low-spend customers into high-value, regular-spending accounts.

  • Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Ensure accurate customer and contractual information is recorded in the CRM system.

  • Work closely with operations and internal sales support teams to streamline processes.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to provide valuable feedback to the marketing team.

Target Market

Selling to Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors across multiple regions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years in sales, preferably with telephone sales experience.

  • Attitude: Confident, proactive, and unafraid to pick up the phone or visit sites without prior appointments.

  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Qualifications: No specific qualifications required—sales ability and drive are key!
