International Marketing Manager
Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced International Marketing Manager to lead and execute global marketing strategies across multiple regions. This role requires a deep understanding of international B2B marketing, cultural adaptation, and multi-channel campaign execution to drive market penetration and brand awareness on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer preferences, competitor positioning, and international market dynamics.
- Use data analytics and insights to refine marketing tactics and improve regional strategies.
- Support in developing and executing strategic marketing plans tailored for diverse global markets.
- Identify market gaps and opportunities for growth and expansion.
Brand Management & Positioning
- Drive brand awareness and establish strong market positioning across international territories.
- Develop culturally relevant product messaging and value propositions to engage local audiences.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, datasheets, case studies, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and representation across regions.
Digital & Traditional Marketing
- Execute multi-channel digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance global visibility.
- Leverage SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns to generate leads and engagement.
- Optimize digital marketing strategies for different regions based on market trends and analytics.
- Plan and oversee international trade shows, events, and sponsorships to enhance brand presence.
Customer Engagement & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and local influencers.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
- Work closely with the Sales team to support business development and lead generation efforts.
- Utilize customer insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies and enhance product offerings.
Product Launch & Promotion
- Develop and execute product launch strategies for new and improved products in international markets.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels and touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of product promotions and campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, R&D, Technical, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on regional market trends and support teams in adapting strategies for international success.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in international marketing, with a proven track record in managing multi-regional campaigns.
- Strong understanding of global business practices, cultural nuances, and international sales cycles.
- Experience in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies, preferably in industrial or lubricant sectors.
- Fluency or competency in at least one additional language (e.g., Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic) is desirable.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing performance tracking and reporting.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives across different time zones.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
